The Client
Based in Baltimore, MD and employing more than 40,000 people, The Johns Hopkins Institutions consist of The Johns Hopkins University, The Johns Hopkins Health System, and Johns Hopkins Medicine, which are an internationally recognized university, research institute, and health care provider, respectively.

The Benefit
Financial benefits anticipated across the enterprise stem largely from workflow enhancements, reduction of information technology maintenance costs, decreases in temporary labor, increases in administrative staff productivity, and improvements in compliance management.
